Will Flynn

Owner / Partner

Will has been building homes for over 19 years! While earning his business management degree from Clemson University, Will spent his summers interning in construction, where he found his passion. Upon graduation, he began working for David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders. He later went on to work for a fast-growing local builder and quickly moved up the ranks to Vice President of Construction. He is a South Carolina licensed residential contractor and a member of the Charleston Homebuilder’s Association.

Born and raised in the upstate SC, Will has called Charleston home since graduation. He is excited to fulfill his dream of starting his own company and making a positive impact in people’s lives through his work. His motto is “You get what you inspect, not what you expect.” When not working, you can find Will enjoying the water with his wife, three kids and dog or cheering on the Tigers!

LiNdsay Flynn

Owner / Partner

Lindsay is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in South Carolina. She has over 12 years of experience in assurance and tax services with regional and local CPA firms, specializing largely in the construction industry, and 6 years as a Chief Financial Officer for a private developer. After graduating with an Accounting degree from Clemson University, Lindsay moved to Charleston where she received her Master’s degree from the College of Charleston. As CFO, Lindsay oversees the accounting, financial planning and analysis, and internal tax functions.

Lindsay loves spending time with her family, the beach, traveling, and hot yoga and barre classes.

Chief Barketing Officer

Pop Tart joined the team in January 2023. He can often be found supervising in the field, helping to keep Will’s projects on track and asking for treats every so often.
